Refund policy

At La Paloma Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so our returns and exchange policy has been designed to be as easy as possible. 

La Paloma jewellery complies with Australian Consumer Law, and we ensure that our products are sold without faults.

If you order the wrong style or change your mind our exchange policy is valid for 14 days from the day of purchase. With the exception of earrings and personalised items*. We will gladly offer Store Credits and/or Exchanges for the value of your purchase of all full priced items that are unworn and in original condition. Please note, we do not issue refunds for a change of mind or for an incorrect purchase. You will be responsible for all shipping costs.

*There are NO returns, exchanges or store credits on personalised items. All purchases on personalised items are final.

*For hygiene reasons, under any circumstances we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or store credit on earrings.
